About Rachel Staggs
-
Since qualifying in 1995, Rachel has dedicated her career to helping clients look and feel their best. Through her work at her award-winning clinic, Rachel Staggs Aesthetics, she began to recognise something that would ultimately shape her entire approach to skincare and wellbeing.
So often, what was presenting on the skin was connected to something much deeper.
Stress, disrupted sleep, hormonal changes, nutrition and the pressures of everyday life were frequently influencing not just her clients' skin, but how they felt physically and emotionally.
It became increasingly clear that achieving the best possible results meant looking beyond the skin itself and understanding the person as a whole.
This realisation strengthened Rachel's belief in a truly 360-degree approach - one that recognises the connections between our skin, body, mind and lifestyle.
But there was another important part of her vision.
Rachel has always loved education, sharing knowledge and bringing people together. She believes that when people understand more about their bodies and wellbeing, they feel empowered to make positive, lasting changes.
She wanted to create a space that encouraged curiosity, conversation and connection. Somewhere people could discover new practices, learn from experienced professionals, share experiences and feel part of a supportive community.
In 2025, Wellness 360 was born.
Bringing together movement, breathwork, sound, holistic therapies, specialist workshops and education, Wellness 360 represents the natural evolution of Rachel's work - taking the conversation beyond the treatment room and into everyday life.
Today, Rachel continues to explore developments in skin health, cellular wellbeing and healthy ageing, bringing her passion for education and a whole-person approach to everything she creates.
Her ambition for Wellness 360 extends beyond its studio walls, through inspiring events, shared experiences and wellness retreats that encourage people to step away from everyday routines, reconnect and discover something new.
Because for Rachel, wellness has never been about one treatment, one class or one solution. It's about understanding ourselves, finding balance and creating a way of living that helps us feel our best.
From the inside out
Founder of Wellness 360 | Skincare & Wellbeing Specialist
With over 30 years of experience in skincare and aesthetics, Rachel has always believed that healthy skin and true wellbeing begin from within.
Having spent her career recognising the powerful connections between skin health, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing, Rachel founded Wellness 360 in 2025 to bring her holistic philosophy to life.
Her vision was to create more than a wellness studio - a welcoming space where movement, holistic practice, education and human connection come together, inspiring people to look after themselves from the inside out.
